The Prompt
Search my recent communications and surface evidence of where I'm excelling at my job.
1. **Email** — Search Outlook for emails sent to me or about me in the last [TIME_PERIOD] that contain praise, thanks, recognition, or positive feedback. Include the sender, date, and a one-line summary of what was said.
2. **Teams chats** — Search my Teams messages and channel mentions for the last [TIME_PERIOD] for positive callouts, reactions to my contributions, or instances where my work was praised or referenced favorably.
3. **Meeting transcripts** — Review transcripts from meetings I attended in the last [TIME_PERIOD]. Identify moments where my input was highlighted, approved, or praised by others.
4. **Project signals** — Look for indirect wins: files I authored that were shared broadly, decisions I contributed to that moved forward, or threads where my work unblocked others.
Compile results into a Wins & Recognition Log with these sections:
- **Direct Praise** (explicit compliments or thanks, with source and date)
- **Impact Moments** (instances where my work visibly moved something forward)
- **Recurring Themes** (patterns in what I'm being recognized for)
- **Suggested Talking Points** (3-5 bullets I could use in a performance conversation or self-review)
Expected Outcome
A structured Wins & Recognition Log with direct quotes and attributions, impact examples, pattern analysis, and ready-to-use talking points for performance reviews or career conversations.
